Pegasus Digital Solutions
Website terms
Using the public website, requesting a quotation and understanding the boundary between an enquiry and a client engagement.
About Pegasus and these terms
Pegasus Digital Solutions is the trading name of a registered Egyptian digital services business. Full registered entity details and address must be added before publication. These draft terms concern the public website; they do not replace a separately approved client agreement.
Service information and custom quotations
Services include websites and e-commerce, branding and creative design, social media and content creation, digital marketing, media buying, and business development and strategy. Website descriptions are informational. Fees, deliverables, schedules, exclusions, taxes and dependencies are determined in a written quotation and agreed scope; there are no fixed public packages.
Enquiries are not bookings or accounts
Submitting the contact form requests a manual response. It does not create an account, confirm a paid booking, authorize payment or begin project work. Email acceptance does not prove inbox receipt or guarantee an immediate response. Engagement starts only through the separately agreed written acceptance process and project prerequisites.
Project terms, changes and approvals
Client responsibilities, revision rounds, approval deadlines, acceptance criteria and any change in scope must be documented for the particular project. Do not assume unlimited revisions, a fixed completion date or ongoing support from a general website description. Written change approval should record any effect on fees and timing.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
This website does not collect payments. Payment stages, invoicing, taxes, overdue handling, cancellation, suspension and any refund calculation must be agreed in the client quotation and agreement. No standard deposit percentage, non-refundable fee or cancellation window is established by this draft. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Intellectual property and client materials
Website branding and original content belong to their respective rights holders. Do not copy, impersonate or misrepresent them without permission, except as permitted by law. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, source files, pre-existing tools and third-party assets must be specified in the client agreement. Merely submitting an enquiry does not transfer intellectual property. Portfolio publication requires separately agreed permission.
Responsible use and confidentiality
Do not submit unlawful material, spam, malware or attempts to bypass security. Provide information you are entitled to share and do not send passwords or access credentials through the enquiry form. Confidential project material and access permissions should be exchanged later using an agreed secure channel.
Third parties and business outcomes
Third-party platforms, advertising accounts, hosting, domains and licensed assets have their own terms and costs. References do not imply endorsement or certification. Advertising spend is separate from agency fees unless expressly included. We do not guarantee sales, search rankings, advertising approval or specific business outcomes.
Availability, responsibility and mandatory rights
Reasonable care is expected in providing website information, but availability and completeness cannot be guaranteed. Report errors to the agency. Any contractual warranties, remedies or liability allocation require separate review and agreement; this draft does not impose a blanket exclusion of liability or waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Egyptian context and disputes
Egypt is the confirmed business jurisdiction. Governing-law wording and dispute procedures for these website terms and individual cross-border engagements require Egyptian legal review. No exclusive court, arbitration forum or foreign-law waiver is selected here. Mandatory protections applicable to the client remain unaffected.
Privacy, agreement drafts and updates
Read the privacy policy for enquiry data handling and the client agreements page for editable drafting aids. Neither a downloaded template nor continued browsing signs a project contract. The owner must approve final legal text and an effective date before public launch; revised terms should show a new version and date.
